AHK meets Cluj Napoca 2026
Building on our invited participation in last year's defense sector dialogues, Piaxo has been invited to the AHK Regional Event in our hometown of Cluj-Napoca. Hosted by AHK Romania—the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry—this gathering serves as the core framework for how bilateral cross-border partnerships are adapting to the broader European shift toward nearshoring and secure supply chains.
Our focus remains on the operational realities rather than high-level economic forecasts. We are looking at how German engineering frameworks actually integrate with Romanian R&D and manufacturing on the ground. Specifically, we’ll be discussing the mechanics of scaling high-complexity pipelines locally to meet strict European standards. It is a grounded discussion about the practicalities of distributed engineering, held directly in a hub where this bilateral work is actively taking shape.
Auto China 2026
Auto China 2026, held in Beijing, is one of the largest automotive exhibitions in the world, showcasing cutting-edge vehicles, smart technologies, and mobility innovations from both Chinese and international brands. With strong participation from automakers, suppliers, and government representatives, it offers unmatched visibility in the rapidly evolving Asian automotive market and a glimpse into the future of mobility in China.
VECS 2026
This marks Piaxo’s first time on the ground in the Nordics for VECS (Vehicle Electronics & Connected Services). The push toward software-defined vehicles has fundamentally rewritten automotive architecture, and Gothenburg has become a critical hub for figuring out the actual execution. We’re bypassing the high-level vision statements to dig straight into the technical tracks alongside the OEMs and suppliers doing the work.
Our engineering team is heading to Sweden to get into the weeds of how the industry is handling this transition. We’ll be dissecting real-world case studies on securely deploying AI in embedded systems, hardening vehicle cybersecurity, and tackling the brutal realities of validating autonomous hardware. It’s a chance to trade notes on the raw mechanics of scaling complex E/E architectures and building the next generation of connected mobility.
The Battery Show 2026
For the third consecutive year, Piaxo's engineers are heading back to Messe Stuttgart. The electrification sector has moved well beyond proof-of-concept—the current battleground is scaling production, managing thermal constraints, and squeezing out system-level efficiency. We’re here to look under the hood of next-generation e-mobility alongside the OEMs and R&D specialists who are building it.
We'll be bypassing the high-level marketing to focus on the hard metrics of H/EV technology. Our team is specifically looking at the raw mechanics of battery development: tightening up validation and quality control loops, mitigating supply chain vulnerabilities, and untangling the engineering bottlenecks of industrializing advanced energy systems. It’s a ground-level look at the heavy lifting required to get high-performance batteries out of the lab and reliably onto the assembly line.
Vehicle Tech Week Europe 2026
This year marks Piaxo’s second time at Vehicle Tech Week Europe, an event that finally reflects the reality of modern vehicle development by combining the Automotive Testing, Autonomous Vehicle Tech, and Automotive Interiors Expos under one roof. The days of siloed engineering are over; today’s software-defined platforms demand massive, complex cross-discipline integration.
Our team is heading to Stuttgart to look at how these converging technologies actually perform when they are stitched together. We’re bypassing the showroom gloss to dig into the closed-loop validation of advanced ADAS, the physical testing constraints of new E/E architectures, and how next-gen in-cabin sensor arrays interface with autonomous systems. It’s an essential look at the messy, highly technical work required to get overlapping ecosystems communicating seamlessly before a platform ever hits the proving grounds.
IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026
Piaxo is returning to Hannover for IAA Transportation. The commercial vehicle sector is in the middle of a massive architectural shift, and this event is where the industry stress-tests those new realities. We aren't just looking at high-level concepts; we’re tracking the ground-level engineering challenges.
Our team will be on the floor mapping out the mechanics of transport digitalization—specifically, how complex software stacks are integrating with heavy-duty platforms, the physical and grid-level hurdles of scaling high-capacity charging infrastructure, and the hard math of modernizing fleet logistics. It’s a pragmatic, hardware-meets-software look at what it actually takes to keep supply chains moving in a transitioning industry.
