Build - Operate - Transfer

Through the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, Piaxo establishes and operates a dedicated engineering company on behalf of a partner, typically in our familiar market, Romania.

The entire setup is handled end-to-end: legal entity, recruitment, infrastructure, day-to-day operations, and team management. After approximately two years, once the company is stable, aligned with the partner’s processes, and fully operational, ownership is transferred.

This approach offers a low-risk entry strategy with long-term control, ideal for companies looking to establish a tailored presence without the overhead of building from scratch.
